You must have at least 2 GB free space on your C drive.
Images must be loaded on your hard drive. Never place your order from a CD.
You may only use letters and numbers in the "My Info" box.
You must use @ in your e-mail address.
You must be on version 6.0 of IE Explorer or higher.
XP SP2 Users if you experience a problem loading the ROES program.
Go to www.java.com and download Java manually. Update Java Often.

Before downloading ROES be sure to Delete your Temporary Internet Files џџџџџџџџн г G ЬЬџ џ

Please be advised of the following issue with Apple and their latest OS X update/java release: The new 10.3.9 OS X version with its' associated Java update in most instances will prevent the ROES Client from launching.
If you are currently running 10.3.8 or below we advise you wait to update to 10.3.9 until Apple has resolved this issue. If you have already installed the update, there is a fix available from Apple via a previous security update at: http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/securityupdate2005002macosx1034orlater.html
