A. You must have at least 2 GB free space on your C drive.
B. Images must be loaded on your hard drive. Never place your order from a CD.
C. You may only use letters and numbers in the "My Info" box. No funny char.
D. You must use @ in your e-mail address.
E. You must be on version 6.0 of IE Explorer or higher.
F. Before downloading ROES be sure to Delete your Temporary Internet Files

How to fill out the "My Information Box"

1. Your Name Studio Name (short version) followed by your 10 digit phone number
2. Your account number (usually the first 3 letters of the studio name and the first 3 numbers of your address)
3. Your e-mail address
4. Your State
5. Your Tax Exempt status
6. The FTP Account Name is.... ROESmichiganphoto If you copy and paste it will save errors
7. The FTP Password is..............simplesolutions If you copy and paste it will save errors

Mac Users:
Please be advised of the following issue with Apple and their latest OS X update/java release: The new 10.3.9 OS X version with its' associated Java update in most instances will prevent the ROES Client from launching.
If you are currently running 10.3.8 or below we advise you wait to update to 10.3.9 until Apple has resolved this issue. If you have already installed the update, there is a fix available from Apple via a previous security update at: http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/securityupdate2005002macosx1034orlater.html
You will need to re-apply this patch if it was installed prior to the 10.3.9 update.
